Environmental things

Sun Lizard solar air heaters. I might have to look at these when I get my own place.

Rotocult one-pass soil cultivator. I wonder if Hortmage knows about these.

Wow. That rotocult is impressive.

I occasionally dream of running off and buying several acres of land in New Mexico and building myself a home that runs on the sun and the wind.

I have that dream, which is then killed by the lack of broadband internet connection on the farm. I need a small place *just* on the edge of town.

Yeah, there's always that. Here in the US there are satellite-based broadband solutions, and I suspect the technology will continue to get better.

Still, I might be willing to go to dialup in order to have my dream house (and my dream greenhouse and dream observatory).
