aaaargh

I'm on the tail end of a massive asthma attack brought on by food going down the wrong way. After I'd stopped coughing my lungs up I had the familliar steel-band-around-the-chest feeling. I've sucked down ventolin and pulmicort until my heart exploded and I died.

No I didn't. I made that up.

But I am light headed and having palpitations, and there is still some tightness in my chest. So I am wrapped up in a blanket in front of the heater, watching old episodes of The Bill on cable, and feeling like an old fart.

And tomorrow I go for a job interview with an employment agency. Great.

Funny how 2 new job opportunities came along in one week. The local abattoir asked me to appy for their IT position.

"Oh, sod the abbatoir! It's just that Masonry opens doords..and,well,....if I were a Mason I'd just sit in the back and not get in anyones way."

"Thank you."

"I nearly got in at Hendon..I've got a second-hand apron......"

"*Thank you".
