bugger.

69% on the final. Not being allowed to use a calculator to do decimal/binary/hexadecimal conversions killed me. So did the subnet masks.

Why on Earth wouldn't they let you use calculators? I find them an invaluable tool in the Real World to make sure that I have them right.

I feared these like the Devil's own torture devices. Then, one day, they clicked. I had a little chart I was studying, noted that as the numbers on one side descended, they ascended in the opposite direction on the other side...and then it was a memorizing of about 7 or 8 numbers. I did okay..but I hated (hate) subnet masks.
