The man just does extremely impressive work. But he doesn't stay ... stationary.

Judging by the exterior, I'll bet the hotel is a bit spiffy.

To get things right I sent him some early versions for comments, so he doesn't get as much as a surprise as I'd like. But he didn't see the final version until I sent it to him while it was still wet from the render engine.
