The Harbour Bridge. These were mounted along the arch. The roadway is usually the staring point for a curtain of golden sparks. CNN

The view of the bridge would have been great, but the rest of the fireworks would have either been happening on the other side of my apartment, or on the other side of the bridge. So I went and watched it from my Dad's house instead: he had a better view. And better champagne.

I get to watch the Pink Floyd Bridge flashing through the evening though.
