ah. nightmares. totally relate. i am never able to recall what scares me, i just wake up running from my bed, usually involving snatching the cat on the way and find myself holding said feline protesting loudly like a set of bagpipes rigid with fear in wherever i end up. these go thru stages, and I am having a particularly bad patch at the moment, precluded by God knows what. But exhausting nonetheless.
