My guess is Pachinko.

Either that or a very strange set of collectibles, possibly with candy also includsed in the box.

This is how I managed to get both a stuffed pokemon collecrtible toy and a plastic Hamtaro toy without knowing what they were. I still have the Hamtaro box.

Yes.. Babelfish is what I tried to. Upon reading the site, it appears to be some sort of improv/writing/acting thing. You could win some amount of money. It discusses costumes and scripts. *shrugs* Out of mild curiousity, where did you find it?
