No post render production! I rendered it like that! MUAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAA!

I took an amazingly boring image of a hallway, then placed in front of the camera a cube of clear crystal with the IOR bumped up to 2. Then I added a bump normal to the texture. That caused a combination of convex and concave lenses, an a number of weird combined lenses all blending together.

Quite simple, really, but my poor pII-333 took 14 hours to render through the refractions. poor bloody PC.
