When I first sarted doing renders I went birko and did dozens of realistic space scenes, dreaming up weird ships and odd planets. Then I looked around and realized that everyone does that. Space scenes are EASY due to not having a background or sky. That's why I do a lot of ground-based stuff: buildings, vehicles, and such.

And if I *do* try a space scene, it's a whole picture with stars and backgrounds, not just a void. Because it's NOT easy.
