So Dalnet has k-lined every user from Australia's SECOND LARGEST ISP.

I hate to say what you've probably already tried, but have you tried dialling up again and getting another IP? From the message, it sounds like you were just unlucky enough to inherit an IP address from some poor bugger who'd been hacked.

it does, dunnit. After much searching I found an Aussie dal server that let me on. Which is odd, really. You would expect Aussie dal servers to kline local ISPs

uu.net is pretty huge all over. Unfortunately it also means that a larger population of lusers resides on uu.net IPs. Seems silly, to Kline a dynamic IP because one temporary resident came down with a cold.
