Fak Yak Pale Ale

Pours a dark golden colour with lots of carbonation visible. The head is good and foamy, and fades away very slowly.

First Sip: Slightly malty and a bit grainy, with a mild bread and citrus flavour. Hops is medium and lingers for quite a while. Lots of carbonation tingle on the tongue, bit it's a bit foamy. Mouth-feel is thin. Beer burp is nice.

I'm not sure about this one. It's okay and drinkable, but it's not notable. Not one to rave about. It is very much a BBQ beer. A bit ordinary, but certainly more interesting than Viking. Maybe my problem is that I am drinking this on a cool day. I think it would taste better if I were hot. Farmhouse Cheddar does help. Cheese always helps.
