"The original Belgian White Beer"

Pours an extremely pale yellow with some yeasty cloudiness. The head is medium-sized and fades slowly. Lots of carbonation in the glass.
First sip: Sweet malt, slight lemony sourness, a little bready yeast, a very faint bitterness at the end. Mouth-feel is medium and the carbonation is soft on the tongue.
I like this! It is so very drinkable and goes down easily and smoothly. It *is* a little gassy, but not too much. It has a very mild taste, especially when compared to the other Belgian beers I've had, but not so mild as to be bland.
This is a yummy beer. I can see myself drinking more of it in future.
