The rules for writing in Elfwood have changed a bit. They now say, in part:
"Do not use vulgarities within your stories/poems. If in doubt about a words appropriateness please leave it out, find a way to rephrase the sentence using a less offensive term or censor it like so %&*$! A good guide, if you wouldn't use it in a speech in front of your school, please don't use it in Wyverns."
One character tells another to "Bugger Off" Under the new rules I should have written "%&*#$@ off!" which, to my mind, actually looks more offensive than the original.
I'm not sorry I deleted my library shelf.
Now I have to stop being slack and get the stories on my homepage.
