Bek and The Coach

There was much flapping in the tent last night, and only one squeak of someone being nipped by someone else. When I checked on the bats this morning I found The Coach sitting in the corner on the floor where the wall joins, and Bek had her feet hooked onto the wall and was resting her chest and belly across the Coach's back.

"So, Mealworm! Before I can teach you the secrets of flight, you must learn the ways of keeping your elders warm."

Bushfires

Two new fires started on Saturday. They have to be arson because there hasn't been any lighting. Luckily the fires were jumped on before they could grow too big.

Yesterday the policed charged the 30th person for arson.

All but 5 fires are contained or out. Looks like it's finally over.
