Threats! Anger! Fear!

Two of the male backyard birds seriously threatened me this morning.

As I walked to the car I passed the jasmin. the male blue wren flew from the bush, hovered in front to me and went "TWITTERTWITTERTWITTERtwitter tweedle tweedle tweedle!" until I moved away.

To make mattered worse, the male willie wagtail expanded his eyebrows at me but I made the mistake of ignoring them. So he swooped around my head until I got into the car.

Birds the size of ping pong balls are

REALLY AGRESSIVE!

Ignore them at your peril.

FEAR THE EXPANDED EYEBROWS!

Bat Matters

I released Zak tonight. He's in his bag which is pegged up in the sycamore. I'll know tomorrow if he's decided to go.
