Depressed?

For some reason I find it increadibly hard to get out of bed before 10am even if I'm in bed before midnight. I should be up at 8am.

I wonder if I'm depressed.

8am?!?

no. no no no. you *should* be happily in bed at 8am, enjoying the warmth. outside is cold and evil.

besides, you're a student now. you're meant to stay in bed late.
start worrying when it seems outlandish that shops expect you to be awake during daylight hours :-).

It's most likely the after effects of finals and the flu. Keep an eye on it and note your emotional state over the next few weeks.
For example:
"I'm a short, fat bastard" compared to "I'm a short fat bastard who is a waste of food and air."

What?! You mean you're not down at the pub drinking and carrying on? This is *college*!:D

Extra sleep is just the body whining about slowly
becoming geriatric. I seem to recall a lot of sleep
dep when I was a student, go figure.

I dunno if you're depressed, though I do know that a change in sleeping habits is one of the signs. Do you have any of the other signs? (http://www.aoa.gov/aoa/eldractn/deprssn.html) [aoa.gov]

I bet it's just part of being a student. Just about everyone I knew at university would sleep in happily until after noon if they could.
