It's too damned tall. One good incline at a weird angle -- or me and a couple of my friends out to get back at the owner -- and I bet it'd be on its side. ;)

Have you ever tried to tip over a unimog? They can go up to about 40 degrees, and this one has an even lower centre of gravity. It also has active suspension.
