Ill. Not devastatingly ill like the dose of cryptosporidiosis I had a few years ago, but ill enough to wonder which end I should put in the bowl every time I go to the toilet.

I should burn it out of my system by tomorrow afternoon, but until then I am not enjoying the quiet life.
