In about 30 minutes, then final bit of paperwork and cheque passing will be done by the solicitor, and then I will own a house.

I just need to buy a fridge, washing machine, couches, outdoor furniture, cooking food in things, eating food from things, and organize power, water, phone and internet.

I now have licenses for the dog, the cat, and the fruit bats.

The previous owners left behind some goldfish and a rabbit. I'll have to do something about them.
