Crap back
The muscles on the lower left of my back have crapped out on me, and are cramping up. I'm writing an essay due on Wednesday, with a heat pack pressing into the sore area and a stomach full of asprin.
Every so often, just to make things interesting, it cramps up and I can't breathe, then I hyperventilate and become dizzy.
Brilliant.
